Shipping policy

We love packing orders (no, seriously, we do!) and can’t wait to ship yours to you.

For all orders (domestic to US or international), we will ship all in-stock orders out within the specified time period based on your region (see below). All pre-orders will be shipped based on the date indicated on the item listing.

With that said, we aim to ship all in-stock orders within 3-5 business days (it’s usually less) and will notify you when your order is on its way to you. This will include a delivery tracking ID to monitor when your item will arrive.

In the event that your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it or it was damaged during shipping, we ask that you file a claim with the shipping carrier. This will ensure the carrier either locates the item or issues a reimbursement for the missing item since the onus falls on the carrier for the missed delivery or damage. Once the package is marked as delivered, Rebel & Prose LLC are not responsible for items the carrier failed to deliver or damaged during shipping. We hope you can understand, but please reach out to us if this happens. 

 

US Shipping

For US orders, we partner with USPS and occasionally other shipping providers depending on the rates and locations. Please allow 3-7 business days for US orders depending on your delivery location.

International Shipping

We love seeing our packages find their homes over the world. Please note that international orders typically take between 10-21 business days from the time of shipment, but can be delayed further by border and customs in your country. All import duties and charges are the responsibility of the customer and not included in the item price or shipping costs. Please check with your country’s customs office to understand if your purchase will incur additional taxes and fees.
