Refund policy

All of our sales are final, including any sale items, coupons, offers, or discounts. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at hello@rebelandprose.com within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue. Be sure to include a copy of your order number to ensure we process the correct order quickly.

If we offer a return exchange, all items must be unused and include original packaging. Any additional shipping costs to return or exchange the item are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot offer a refund on the original shipping cost, since this was already paid to shipping vendors at the time of service. All refunds will be issued when the return is received.
